The Australian Government is seeking your feedback on draft changes designed to simplify and modernise our copyright laws to make them easier for the disability, educational, libraries and archives sectors.

The Department of Communications and the Arts is asking for submissions from interested stakeholders by 5.00pm (AEST) on 12 February 2016.

If you are considering making a submission,  the Australian Paralegal Foundation is happy to assist with the legal research and drafting,  click here to contact us if you would like our help.

Further information along with the draft bill is available on the Australian Government’s website here.
